Axios

In my first post in the Open Source world, a project that I really interested in is Axios. What is Axios? Axios is a very popular JavaScript library, a promised-based HTTP client that works both in the browser and in a Node.js environment.

Axios basically provides a single API for dealing with XMLHttpRequests and Node’s http interface. It supports all modern browsers, including support for IE8 and higher. It is promised-based so this will let us write async/await code to perform XHR requests easily.

The reason I like Axios because Axios performs automatic transformations of JSON data, Axios has better error handling than Node-Fetch, Axios has interceptors, it supports promises and has the ability to run async operations before request is made or before the promises of .then or .catch are executed and Axios has a wider range of supported browser than Fetch. Beside from that, I am interested in Axios project because I use it a lot in my web application projects so I want to contribute to this project to make it better.
